      1. European Education Consultants Ltd. retain the data they hold on behalf of their clients whilst their clients are current and then for a maximum of eight (8) years after to allow for subsequent, historical Health and Safety requests by such bodies as the HSE. European Education Consultants Ltd. will, at the written request of their clients data controller, delete the historical data immediately.

  3. Third Parties.

    1. European Education Consultants Ltd.'s do not provide data to any third parties other than to the HSE and only then when it is deemed necessary by a trained H&S advisor to report an accident under then current RIDDOR regulations.

Access to client data is limited to the clients' own staff members for the day-to-day processing, their designated representatives (for example persons providing Health and Safety guidance and support) and to European Education Consultants Ltd.'s own staff members for administrative purposes.

  5. Data Location and Security.

    1. European Education Consultants Ltd.'s data is held on London, UK servers within a purpose built data warehouse utilising N+1 redundancy and the highest level of cyber and physical security protection.
    2. Further, all forenames and surnames held within European Education Consultant's database are encrypted making the data valueless.

  6. Cookies.

    1. European Education Consultants Ltd.'s EECLive, online Health and Safety suite of applications use cookies purely as a means of passing the identity of the signed-in user from one web page to another and to monitor for the long-term inactivity that initiates the automatic user sign off that helps maintains site security.
